Who are you when you create?

As an improvisational musician, I come from a background in vocal and performance coaching where I've been able to detect when a singer, musican, or actor is out of alignment with their core energy. From this work, I have developed a comprehensive approach to working with all kinds of creatives, connecting them even more fully with the creator that they are meant to be. This work is for those who are ready to make a commitment to their creative practice and fuse it with who they are.

Creatives often look at the world differently, and have unique needs. It requires a shift in identity for creatives to give themselves the permission to claim their role as creator. Part of the work that I do is to remind people that they arrived fully equipped to create. We already are and always have been creators,. My job is to  help creatives align their behaviors and beliefs with that inner knowing. As a result, they are able to establish clear boundaries, clear purpose, and a clear path. This transforms how they show up, causing them to magnetize higher levels of collaboration and opportunity, as they are finally aligned, furnishing the most unforgettable work of their lives. 

I have been a lifelong performer, a jazz vocalist and composer, as well as a vocal and performance coach.I have combined my expertise with a rigorous coaching certification via Jay Shetty's Coaching School. I also have an extensive background in the study of consciousness, as a Certified Advanced Teacher of  the Nature of the Soul™ program, which has been the foundation of my 30 year meditation practice.  For over 20 years, I I have served as a Cloudwing and Sekhim Reiki Master and Essential Energy™Practitioner. Additionally, I am a certified holistic bodyworker, flower essence consultant, aromatherapist and herbalist.  I specialize in meditation, visualization, hypnosis and NeuroLinguistic Programming strategies to map and anchor in the new patternin, helping visionaries to break free of self-sabotage and activate their authentic power.  

I help clients design and curate their own "life project" by applying powerful energetic principles and methods. I call it a "life project" because our lives are ever-evolving. By framing the different chapters of your life as distinct projects or visions, you can fully devote yourself to each one with clarity and purpose. At the same time, we integrate these chapters into a larger, cohesive arc to keep you aligned with your overarching life vision.
