Coming from a background in vocal and performance coaching I've been able to detect when someone is out of alignment with their essential energy. I coach people in essential identity alignment, connecting them with the creator that they are meant to be.
Often women in particular, don't give themselves the permission to claim their role as creator. Part of the work that I do is to remind people that they already are and always have been creators, and to help them align their behaviors with that inner knowing. This transforms their behaviors, causing them to streamline their goals and improve their overall well-being. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs.
I have been a lifelong performer, a jazz vocalist and composer, as well as a vocal and performance coach.I have undergone a rigorous coaching certification through Jay Shetty's Coaching School. I also have an extensive background in the study of consciousness, as an Certified Advanced Teacher of the Nature of the Soul program. I have been a Cloudwing and Sekhim Reiki Master and Essential Energy™Practitioner for over 2 decades, and am also a holistic certified massage therapist, a certified flower essence consultant, and aromatherapist and herbalist and a meditation instructor. I specialize in visualization and NLP techniques to map and anchor in the new patterning.
I use many of the powerful energetic principles and methods described above to help clients design and curate their own life project, and their role in that project. The reason I refer to it that way, is because our lives morph. When we group our chapters of our lives into projects, or visions, then we can devote ourselves wholeheartedly to that particular vision or project. Certainly, we also put that into a more comprehensive arc, so that we keep the client always traveling toward that overarching vision.
I offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching,keynote speaking and keynote musical performance. I also lead vocal transformation retreats.
